Caye Caulker

Caye Caulker is a five mile long island where “go slow” is the motto. It’s only 30 minutes by water taxi from big sister Ambergris Caye, 45 minutes from Belize City by water taxi or 15-20 minutes by plane to Belize Municipal Airport. Only 2,000 residents compared to Ambergris’ 20,000. With only 3 main roads the primary modes of transport are bicycles, golf carts and exploration on foot.

You can buy a lot between $50k-$100k and build your dream island home for around $100-$175 per sq ft.

THINGS TO DO–  Enjoy the beautiful Caribbean Sea by swimming, fishing, kayaking, or sailing. Spend time at Barrier Reef sports bar and grill, a popular hangout located near the water taxi terminal.
